I've been tagged...

I met Jo on the Art scavenger's hunt over at Wet Canvas and she is a faithful reader and supporter of my art work and always very encouraging.
I have to list 7 things about myself, unusual, or a habit or things that people don't know and also tag seven others, by posting to their blogs and pointing them back to my blog. So here goes, I've decided to tag along too and see what happens. Those of you that I tag, I hope you play along too.

1. I once created a scandal that hit both local newspapers and Television, shocking everybody because I was the last person they thought would create such a stir! Anyhow, the Island got over it, though there is still the occasional whisper about it, which amuses me!
2. I absolutely loathe and detest carrots; but when my husband and I were "courting" he invited me to a meal at his house where he cooked a fantastic meal and piled my plate high with carrots, every revolting one of which I ate. It was only in my thank you letter afterwards that I informed him that I hate carrots.
3. I'm a very obsessive person: I get hooked on something to the exclusion of all else. At the moment it's drawing....
4. I had my first ever "kiss" when I was 12 years old, kissed by a boy called Hans who was 2 years older than me in my class at school in Peru. I got into serious trouble with my parents because of it. Hans is now portly and balding and shorter than me, and I'm not tall!
5. I have never cooked a traditional roast meal in my life and wouldn't know where to start.
   
6. I love having my feet tickled and scratched. LOL
7. I fantasise about being a singer in a heavy metal band dressed in leathers, with a body to die for, piercings all over the place, brightly coloured punky hair and singing raucously.

Danny Gregory, because he is Danny Gregory!!! I thought his two books "Everyday Matters" and "The Creative Licence" were very inspiring and his dedication to life has motivated me tremendously.
Jeanne, another sketcher from the Art Scavenger Hunt at Wet Canvas in Art from life forum. She continuously strives to improve and is so determined; something I so admire in any person.
Anita, because I really love her work; it is so lively and fresh and so well observed. Somebody else I met at the Art Savenger Hunts on Wet Canvas in the Art from life forum.
Andrea Joseph: I just love the way she has with pens! Fantastic drawings and art work!

I have to point out at this stage, that none of you (other than Jeanne and Anita) know me, simply because I'm not a good communicator. I visit your blogs regularly, but never leave comments. I guess I should. But this is by way of letting you know I appreciate your work and words of wisdom and your own views and takes on life, which keep me motivated and frequently give me food for thought.
